A trough of low pressure will move into the region later today pushing a robust cold front through the area late this afternoon and evening. Northcentral Washington weather today will be cloudy with rain likely this afternoon and maybe a thunderstorm with high temperatures near 60 degrees. Some thunderstorms may contain brief, heavy rain and small hail.
The weather front exits the region Friday leaving behind clouds and cool temperatures with highs in the upper 50’s. Showers will develop late Friday night through most of Saturday as another storm system moves in with afternoon highs in the low to mid-60’s.
After more than a week of temperatures solidly below average, the Inland Northwest will get a couple of days with readings near average Sunday and Monday partly cloudy skies both days and high temperatures in the upper 60’s.
Another chilly trof of low pressure will move down from the Gulf of Alaska Tuesday and Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies Tuesday and highs in the mid-60’s while Wednesday will be cloudy with rain likely and cool with afternoon high temperatures around 60 degrees.
